H&F is top-notch!! Special shout out to Phillip. He personally helped me cradle to grave through the whole thing. Made sure that H&F took care of everything needed for the insurance to be taken care of and obviously what H&F did through the whole process. Communicated with me regularly, let me know where in line I was to have the roofing done, and gave an accurate timetable. Working with H&F couldn’t have been a better experience! I was initially overwhelmed by the idea of replacing my roof, but Jill helped me through the entire process with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm. She was in constant communication with me about all aspects of the project, and meeting with her always felt more like getting together with a friend rather than a business transaction.
