Phillip Holland

CIO & Co-founder

A passion for positive change led Phillip to build H&F Exteriors into one of the foremost roofing companies in St. Louis. After honing his customer service skills in the hospitality industry, Phillip shifted gears when he became a Project Manager for a local roofing company in Murfreesboro, TN, quickly learning all aspects of insurance claim restoration.

In 2017, Phillip established himself in the Metro East to manage home and roof restoration projects after a massive hail storm hit the region. Over the next year, his role evolved to retrofitting the company’s digital, marketing, and sales program, helping it reach its highest sales year in history. By diving into all aspects of the restoration business over his career, Phillip successfully launched H&F Exteriors with Pete Fusaro in 2019, setting a higher bar of customer service for St. Louis area homeowners.

As managing partner of H&F Exteriors, Pete is dedicated to holding up the three pillars H&F was founded on: Experience, Integrity, and Trust. Pete spent 20 years in the insurance industry, starting as an agency owner and eventually managing agents throughout the region. When he was recruited to become a project manager for a local storm restoration company, his experience in claims filing, pricing, and leadership helped his clients confidentially weather the insurance process.

Pete is Dad to seven kids. He feels strongly that leading by example is the only way to raise children to be good men and women. As such, he does everything he can in his work to show his children that hard work, strong ethics and good moral character will take you far in this world. Pete would love to take a moment to talk about his hobbies, but as mentioned earlier…seven children.
