Phillip Holland

A passion for positive change led Phillip to becoming one of the foremost roofing professionals in the Metro East over the last six years.  After a successful career in the hospitality industry, Phillip shifted gears in 2012, when he became a Project Manager for a local roofing company.  Quickly learning all aspects of insurance claim restoration, he was tasked with running a successful branch in Murfreesboro, TN. When a massive hail storm hit Madison County in 2017, Phillip returned to the area to assist with storm restoration.  During this time, Phillip also took increased responsibility, retrofitting their digital, marketing, and sales programs which helped the company reach its largest sales year in history.

In 2017,  a dynamic partnership was formed with Pete Fusaro. Phillip and Pete partnered to provide clients with an unparalleled level of service.  Working together, they broke company sales and client satisfaction records in 2018.

Looking forward to 2019 and beyond, Phillip sees continued personal and professional growth.  He resides in Madison County and enjoys being part of the vibrant music, arts, and culinary scene of the St. Louis metro area.  Phillip also enjoys a multitude of outdoor activities; camping, hiking, rafting and snowboarding.  He has family in Colorado, and visits often to partake in these sports and to spend time with his two beautiful nieces and his adorable nephew.

Pete Fusaro

Pete Fusaro is co-founder and managing partner of H&F Exteriors. As managing partner he is dedicated to holding up the three pillars H&F was founded on: Experience, Integrity, and Trust. Pete is the father of seven children.  He feels, strongly, that leading by example is the only way to raise children to be good men and women. As such, he does everything he can in his work to show his children that hard work, strong ethics and good moral character will take you far in this world.

Pete’s original career was in the insurance industry where he started as an Agency owner in 1997. In his first year he was the leading writer of Auto Insurance in the state of Illinois. After only 14 months he was promoted to managing agents. For the next 20 years, he worked with agents, and on a regional level, gaining a great deal of experience in claims, pricing and leadership. He leans on this experience every day.  In 2017, a friend recruited him to join his company as a project manager in the storm restoration industry. Pete found the work to be challenging, but fulfilling and realized this was and industry he wanted to be in for the long haul.

While commitment to clients is extremely important to Pete, his most important role is as husband to his amazing wife and father to his seven children. Pete would love to take a moment to talk about his hobbies, but as mentioned earlier…seven children.
